Let’s be honest yall: most of us don’t finish a workout looking like we just stepped out of a facial. But that doesn’t mean you have to feel messy halfway through your lift, your cardio session, or a long gym day.
I always take a break between my workout to refresh myself, especially after some heavy squats or hip thrusts!
In Part 2 of my Gym Beauty Essentials series, I’m sharing a few mid-workout touch-up products I actually keep in my bag — the ones that keep me feeling fresh, pulled together, and confident without overdoing it.
These are the little beauty boosts that help me reset, refocus, and keep moving.

🧴 The 3 Things I Actually Use Mid-Workout
1. Mini Hair Brush
👉 Shop the Mini Brush My hair gets wild during workouts — I’m constantly clipping it up and down. This compact brush fits in my bag and helps smooth things out fast. It’s especially helpful before cardio bursts or between sets when I need a quick fix without tangles.
2. Hypochlorous Acid Wipes
👉 Shop the Skin-Saving Wipes I’m acne-prone and I train hard. These wipes have saved my skin. I use them to gently wipe my face, neck, chest, and back mid-session. They're antibacterial, calming, and don’t dry me out. If you sweat a lot and want to prevent clogged pores — these are a must.
3. Kosas Wet Lip Oil
👉 Shop the Kosas Lip Oil After chugging BCAAs or water, my lip product usually needs help. I love this one because it’s hydrating but not sticky — and it gives just enough gloss without looking like I tried too hard.
Why It Matters:This is not about vanity — it’s about feeling clean, prepared, and put-together. I train better when I feel better, and these little touch-ups help keep me mentally sharp while staying focused.
